    We proudly offer comprehensive partial event planning and design services tailored to your needs.

  • Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?

    We do not offer day-of wedding coordination services, but we’re fully equipped to assist you with everything you need to make your wedding a success!

  • Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors

    No. We’re here to focus on our collaboration, but we won’t be able to arrange or manage meetings with your other vendors. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination? You'll be handling payments to your vendors directly.

    While we manage your budget and the payment schedules for your event, we do not handle the payment to your vendors. Our fees are our fees and your vendors are paid by you directly.

  • How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

    We’re excited to be part of your event! Depending on the size and scope, two or more of our team members will be there to ensure everything goes smoothly. We’re looking forward to it!

  • What is your planning style?

    We like to keep things direct and light-hearted while building a strong sense of trust. Our favorite clients are the ones who share their ideas with us and then allow us to turn those dreams into reality. Working together is what makes the process enjoyable!

  • Is alcohol allowed?

    Alcohol is permitted only in the absence of children and when a licensed, insured bartender is present.

  • How many years have you been in business?

    Oh Pretti! Events and Rentals has proudly been in business for nearly 10 years, and we're just getting started!

  • We require a retainer fee

    A retainer fee of 25% is required to confirm your booking, with the final payment due 14 days prior to the event. We look forward to making your event a success!

  • Is the retainer fee refundable?

    No. Retainer fees are non-refundable.

  • How can I make a payment?

  • Can we bring in outside vendors?

    Outside vendors such as florists, DJs, videographers, and photographers can be brought in. However, we offer packages to accommodate all needs. All outside vendors must be approved prior to booking.

  • How many hours will we be able to have the venue?

    We're excited to host you at the venue! Just so you know, we have a minimum booking time of 2 hours on weekdays and at least 4 hours on weekends. Looking forward to your event!

  • Do you have food service on-site?

    Absolutely! We’re excited to let you know that we have a wonderful catering service on-site, serving delicious food for you to enjoy!
